AM    8:40 - 11:44 a.m.
PM    12:49 - 3:30 p.m.

Kindergarten:

AM    8:40 - 11:15 a.m.
PM    12:50 - 3:25 p.m.

Please note: Pupils in grades 1 - 8 who need time to complete work or receive extra help may be dismissed between 3:30 and 4:00 p.m.

Safe Arrival Program

     In the interest of safety of our children, we ask parents to phone the Port Royal office to inform us if their son/daughter is not going to be at school. As part of our attendance procedure, all absentees (reason unknown) are followed up by a call from office personnel. To avoid having a member of our safe arrival team calling you at home or at work, PLEASE TELEPHONE TO INFORM US OF YOUR CHILD'S ABSENCE. For your convenience, you may leave a message on the school's voicemail (416-396-5595), prior to school hours, indicating your child's absence for the particular school day.

     Students leaving the school during the day for any reason are required to notify the school office. Parents wishing to pick up children at school (appointments, etc.) must report to the school office to make this request. Students returning to school during the day are asked to report to the office before going to their classrooms.

     To promote fitness and good health, we strongly encourage students to walk to and from school, if possible.
